The mechanism by which a provider obeys local law and clearly discloses any legal or contractual constraint that limits the standard.
Part of the Roch Dog Residence Standard (RDRS-01) · Published by Roch Dog
The mechanism by which the standard accommodates local law.
A provider complies with applicable law and clearly discloses any legal or contractual constraint, such as a head-lease pet prohibition or a statutory cap, that limits full application of the standard, identifying its legal basis.
Roch Interpretation
Where the law or a head-lease forces a limit, the provider follows it and says so plainly, naming the legal basis. The constraint is honoured, but it is never hidden.
