Part of the Roch Dog Residence Standard (RDRS-01) · Published by Roch Dog
The shared parts of a residential building or development used by residents in common: lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells, laundry rooms, gardens, courtyards, and amenity rooms.
Common areas are distinct from a resident's private home and from staff-only or back-of-house space.
Roch Interpretation
Common areas are the shared spaces everyone uses to get to and from their homes. A dog has to be able to move through them safely and use them under sensible rules.
